Happy New Year and welcome to 2024!!!

Here's a little New Years humor - to start the year off :)

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and was able to share it with family and friends. We spent a week in COLD Indiana visiting family and friends while celebrating Jesus' birthday. Although it was great to be back in sunny warm Florida, we realize just how much we miss our Indiana family and friends.

I'm easing back into crochet after taking a LONG break, I've starting making more dish/wash clothes. I had made some as Christmas gifts and had a request for more - I'm happy to make them especially the ones for our grandbabies - they seem more willing to wash their faces after a meal when they get to use the wash cloth that "Grammy" more for them. WOW, how I miss the already.

Next project is a few velvet throw pillow covers for our home, (pictured below is a few I've already completed) along with a lap blanket that I started over a year ago. I have several baby blankets in the work and a few market bags I'd like to finish up before starting on Christmas items for our local Holiday Craft fair in November 2024.
